3.That which is made in imitation of something, but without lawful authority, and with a view to defraud, by passing the false for the true. We say, the note is a counterfeit.

Can you explain to a blind person from birth what a color is? It can be only described in ways that fail because there is no point of reference. Explaining a life with God is very similar in my opinion, as an atheist before being born again I assumed many things about God.(Jesus is God, I know because He revealed Himself to me one morning Nov. 2012)

I had no point of reference.

 Atheists make this mistake to postulate without any experience of God and taking a position that guarantees that God will not reveal Himself to them.

James 4:6 God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble. The deeper issue is that, and I know this from personal experience, is that I did not want to be told what to do and when to do it, I wasn't going to let God put a cramp in my style, I really enjoyed sin, which is fun for a little while and then the consequences come and it gets ugly then death is not too far behind, spiritual and then physical.

As I grew in Christ I learned that His commandments weren't there to take away from my life but to protect me from the death in sin and to have a joy and peace beyond what sin can offer. King James Bible - Phillipians 4:6-7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Would you like a real life, that continues after death?

Jesus came to earth to pay for the sins we committed, He lived a perfect life and shed His blood, Hebrews 9:22 And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission.

Repent (turn from sin) and believe that Jesus died for sinners (you and me) that He was buried and rose from the grave. Pray and ask God to reveal Himself to you, be persistant and He will. Seek and you shall find. Luke 11:9 And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.
